Freedom100 Blow Molder

Take control of your 3 & 5 gallon bottle supply chain with a Freedom100 large-format blow molder. This molder saves you precious floor space by allowing you to manufacture bottles when you need them, instead of buying pre-made bottles and storing them. The Heat Tunnel has 16 customizable heating zones and, when coupled with the stand-alone internal heating rod, allows you to ensure consistent and thorough heating of your preforms. After heating, the preforms are transferred to the robust Blow Molding unit to be molded into their final shape. Customized molds are available to help your brand stand out from the competition.

The Freedom100 system can be purchased as a stand alone solution or a complete solution with compressors, chillers, drier and air filtration package, or as a component in a Complete Water Plant.
