GlassPak

The GlassPak Glass Bottling System by Norland International is fast, reliable, and consistent. This high-speed rotary bottling line can rinse, fill, and cap up to 33 or 66 bottles per minute. Designed and assembled in Lincoln, Nebraska, the GlassPak Glass Bottling System is compact in structure and big on performance. The GlassPak Glass Bottling System’s automatic “monoblock” is designed to meet the needs of the ever-expanding craft beverage market. Built with heavy-duty 304 stainless steel the GlassPak can also be outfitted with a capper for 28 mm, 38 mm plastic, or ROPP caps. The counter-pressure filling process uses a double pre-evacuation purging method to reduce D.O. levels. By bottling under pressure the GlassPak maintains carbonation levels and controls foam expansion. Excess pressure is then vented before the cap is applied, allowing your craft beverage to reach its maximum shelf life.
